• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
• Use platform materials for commercial purposes.
• Share or resell course content.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Payment in full is required before course access is granted.
• Refunds may be requested within 5 calendar days of purchase, subject to specific eligibility criteria.

• KAL-ACHARYA Ai reserves the right to deny refunds for cases involving course misuse or significant content consumption.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• Users must refrain from:

  • Uploading malicious code, spam, or offensive content
  • Violating any local, national, or international laws while using the platform
• Breach of conduct may lead to account suspension or permanent removal without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform features—including logos, trademarks, UI design, course materials, and written content—are legally protected. Unauthorized use, imitation, or infringement is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

6. Service Availability and Changes

• KAL-ACHARYA Ai reserves the right to:
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue services, courses, or features
  • Change pricing, access terms, or availability of specific offerings
  • Notify users of material changes via email or in-app messages
• We aim to minimize disruption and provide sufficient notice of significant changes.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
